Patch Notes¶

2026-07-19 — Payon becomes the hub + onboarding rework¶

Payon is now the main town. The Job Master (payon 171,223) and the Main Office (Stat Cat, Branch Rooms, Office Stylist) live here, along with the daily-service NPCs and the Gym Pass dealers. An Office Receptionist in most other towns warps you straight to the office.
New-player onboarding simplified. The Training Grounds now run on two NPCs: a Head Tutor who teaches the basics and hands out starter gear, and a Trainer who buffs you and, at Job Level 10, sends you to Payon right beside the Job Master.
Starting zeny raised to 50,000 so new and freshly job-changed characters can afford Warper fares and basic gear.
Item Captor is now Hunter Assurance — same guarantee, and you now pick your target by name (type three letters and choose from the matching huntable monsters). It now lives in the Payon hub.
Safe Card Remover now sits by the refiner in both Prontera (Hollgrehenn) and Payon (Antonio).

The server runs pre-renewal rules and launches at the Episode 11.1 content ceiling, climbing a new episode every two months to Episode 13.2.
Rates set: 5x/5x/5x, rising to 7.5x/7.5x/7.5x every weekend (Saturday 00:00 → Monday 00:00, server time). Card drops stay at 5x year-round.
Website, control panel and this wiki went live at midnara-online.com.
Warper Kafra Cat fare changed: 5,000 zeny per warp (was 1 Blue Gemstone). Non-quest dungeons are now open by default.
Custom Innkeepers removed — the official inns' Take a Rest now grants Blessing and Increase AGI on top of the rest.
